Questions we get a lot
How far ahead should I order?
At least 2 weeks for events and school days. Busy months (June, December and wedding season) fill up, so earlier is better. Short notice? Order anyway and we'll tell you honestly if we can do it.
Is there a minimum order?
Events start at 50 guests and school orders at 50 cups.
How much does it cost?
School orders are about $5–$7 per cup. Parties, offices and weddings are about $7–$12 per guest. Your exact price depends on the number of cups or guests, size, toppings and service style. You'll see an estimate as you build your order, and we send your exact quote within one business day. Or call or text 647-973-7392 and ask.
Where do you deliver?
Across the GTA from our stores at Markham Rd & Castlemore Ave and Markham Rd & Steeles Ave E. Delivery is free within 25 km; farther trips are quoted. You can also pick up at either store.
Are the drinks made on site?
No. Every drink is made fresh in our store on the day, sealed, and delivered in ice-chilled boxes. That keeps your venue clean and the service fast.
Is the menu halal?
Yes, the Chatime drink menu is halal-certified. We can share the certificate with your venue or family on request.
What about allergies and dairy?
Our milk teas contain dairy. Fruit juices and fruit teas are made without milk, and the juices are tea-free. Tell us about any allergies in your order and we'll walk you through the ingredients.
Can we choose the sugar and ice level?
Yes. Most schools pick 30% sugar and less ice. We set one sugar and ice level per order so every cup tastes the same.
How does the school fundraiser work?
You buy at our school price and sell to families at your own price, keeping the difference. For fun fairs we can run a pop-up booth where a portion of sales goes to the school.
How do you pack school orders?
By classroom. Send us your classroom list and we'll check every count, then deliver one labelled bag per class.
Is my order booked once I send it?
We confirm every order by email within one business day and send the invoice. Your date is held once we confirm (events with a 50% deposit).
How do I pay?
Cheque, e-transfer, or cash on delivery. Events need a 50% deposit to hold the date; the balance is due on the event day.
